Υπεγράφη η ΚΥΑ προκήρυξης του προγράμματος “Εξοικονόμηση κατ’ οίκον ΙΙ” . Η υποβολή των αιτήσεων των ενδιαφερόμενων θα αρχίσει από 8/3. Η έγκριση των αιτήσεων θα γίνει με βάση την χρονική σειρά υποβολής (first in- first out) και τα διαθέσιμα κονδύλια ανά περιφέρεια της χώρας.
Στο πρόγραμμα μπορούν να ενταχθούν μονοκατοικίες πολυκατοικίες και μεμονωμένα διαμερίσματα για παρεμβάσεις μέχρι του ποσού € 25,000 που επιτυγχάνουν εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας.
Οι επιλέξιμες παρεμβάσεις περιλαμβάνουν τις εξής κατηγορίες:
- Αντικατάσταση κουφωμάτων.
- Τοποθέτηση θερμομόνωσης.
- Αναβάθμιση συστήματος θέρμανσης.
- Τοποθέτηση συστημάτων σκίασης.
- Αναβάθμιση συστήματος παροχής ζεστού νερού.
Τα ποσοστά επιχορήγησης κυμαίνονται ανάλογα με με το εισόδημα και την οικογενειακή κατάσταση του ενδιαφερόμενου και φτάνουν μέχρι το 70% του προϋπολογισμού δαπανών.
